Avelo Airlines
Elevate structured the sale and leaseback of two Boeing 737-800s with Avelo Airlines and continues to manage the aircraft leases.


Porter Airlines
Elevate structured the original sale and leaseback of four Embraer E195-E2s with Porter Airlines.


Breeze Airways
During COVID, Elevate worked with Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras to restructure leases on three E195s to provide the airline with a deferral period. Elevate then subleased two E195s to Breeze Airways (their first two aircraft) and manages ongoing rent collection and maintenance reserves.


Brussels Airlines
Elevate purchased an Irish trading entity with one remaining aircraft, an A320 on lease to Brussels Airlines. Elevate now oversees the company’s management, including rent, maintenance reserves, and financing payments
